This was a 6-month new construction process, and we were not sure what to expect; however, Mr. Adrian guided us throughout the entire process by providing great insight and knowledge of everything that this process entails. Serendipity is what I would call my experience working with Adrian. After several visits on my own to the Katy area I found it very difficult to narrow down all of the options that were available. On a chance visit touring a few properties with my sister, Adrian introduced himself and asked if we needed any help.
